NEW DELHI, July 13 - The Assam Sanmilita Mahasangha (ASM) today staged a demonstration at Jantar Mantar demanding a halt to all works related to preparation of the National Register of Citizens (NRC) till the Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court delivers its verdict. The organisation also demanded that the process of hearing of the case by the Constitution Bench be expedited.
