TURA, Dec 13 - The police are still clueless about the whereabouts of a 55-year-old businessman, identified as Gopal Ghosh, who was allegedly kidnapped by a group of about four armed men from near Rom village under Dadengre PS on October 25, this year.
Ghosh is a resident of Phulbari under West Garo Hills. Earlier, police sources claimed that the abducted businessman had been released near Jengjal after a payment of Rs 3 lakh as ransom money. However, the family members claimed that they were not in contact with him after the kidnapping.
