By Correspondent

BAIHATA CHARIALI, April 3 - The Congress rule in the State will come to an end in this assembly election since the public of the State is waiting for a change in the political scenario for manifold development. So the people will this time elect the BJP-AGP-BPF alliance Government with absolute majority, said BTC chief Hagrama Mohilary in a public meeting at Singimari under Kamalpur LAC on April 1.

Mohilary said that the Congress Government in the State has crossed the limit of corruption and pushed the State towards backwardness. He said that if the Congress high command and Sonia Gandhi come to the State more than 100 times even for election campaign, still they will not be able to save the Congress Government this time. Mohilary called upon the public of the constituency to cast their votes in favour of Satyabrat Kalita of the AGP, as a candidate of the BJP-AGP-BPF alliance.

Addressing the meeting, former MP and AGP leader Birendra Prasad Baishya said that if the AGP-BJP-BPF alliance Government comes to power, syndicate raj will stop. The veteran AGP leader said that though the Congress ruled the State for 15 years, but no development has been seen for the poor people. He urged everyone to vote in favour of the BJP alliance candidate in the interest of formation of a Congress-free Government in the State.
