City CCC to play Dimapur in final

GUWAHATI, May 27 � City Cricket Coaching Centre set up title clash in the Ana Matin All India U-14 Cricket tournament.

In the second semifinal of the championship today, organised by Noonmati Cricket Academy, City CCC prevailed over White Feather Cricket Academy by 14 runs at the Judges� Field here.

Chasing a tough target of 117 in 15 overs set by City, White Feather managed to get 102 losing six wickets.

Earlier, Dimapur Cricket Academy downed River Rine Cricket Coaching Centre by 15 runs in the first semifinal on May 25. In another group league U-17 category match of the same tournament, Dimapur Cricket Academy earned a facile 64-run victory against Kolkata Cricket Academy. Piling up a challenging total of 133 in 20 overs, Dimapur boys restricted the Kolkata outfit to 69.

Tomorrow, Noonmati CA will play against River Rine while Dimapur CA will take on Gauhati Town Club CA in two semifinals.

Finals of both the groups will be played on May 29.
