TINSUKIA, Nov 19 � Charaideo will vie for the top spot in the Group C of the ongoing Amarjit Sharma Memorial U-15 Inter District Cricket Championship with Goalpara on November 21 and 22 at the TDSA�s Katchujan field here.
Today, Charaideo defeated Bongaigaon by an innings and 141 runs. In reply to Bongaigaon�s first innings total of 113, Charaideo, resuming at the overnight total of 195 for four, smacked 334 for six before declaring their first innings.
In the second knock, Bongaigaon were skittled out for a paltry 80.
For Charaideo, Subhasish Dutta cracked 145 while Pratyush Bora and Mujafir Ali added 68 and 51 respectively.
