GUWAHATI, Oct 17 - The CBSE Inter School Table Tennis Championships (Cluster I) got off to a rousing start at the Don Bosco School, Panbazar this morning.

Rajib Prakash Baruah, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kamrup (Metro) was the chief guest in the opening ceremony where school principal Fr Sebastian Mathew, ATTA secretary, Tridib Duvarah, CBSE Observer Birju Ram, former state TT champion Mukul Boro, school vice principal Fr Pradeep Ekka were present. Fr Sebastian Mathew welcomed the participants.

A total of 24 CBSE-affiliated schools are taking part in the two-day championships.
