GUWAHATI, Jan 16 � Host Bud Cricket Club registered a huge 181-run victory against Ankurjyoti Club in today�s match of Bud Challenge Cricket Meet for the Jugal Kishore Newatia Trophy here at the Nehru Stadium. Opting to bat first, Bud cracked a mammoth 314 for four in the allotted 40 overs. The highlight of the innings was a 99-ball 104 by man-of-the-match Tarjinder Singh. In reply, Ankurjyoti managed to get 133 losing all the wickets in 38.4 overs.
Earlier, in the opening match yesterday, Bud thrashed City Cricket Club by 118 runs.
