GUWAHATI, Feb 4 � Host Bud Cricket Club earned a facile 76-run victory against Ankurjyoti Club in the Bud Challenge Cricket Meet in memory of Jugal Kishore Newatia at the Nehru Stadium here today.
Opting to use the track first, Bud CC piled up 240 for 7 in 40 overs and in reply, Ankurjyotu were restricted to 164 for 7. Rio Pramanik and Riyan Parag of Ankurjyoti were jointly awarded man-of-the-match trophy.
