GUWAHATI, Dec 14 � Bud Cricket Club made it to the semifinal stage of the Ratan Lal Singhania and Mohini Devi Singhania Trophy Ankurjyoti Challenge Limited Over Cricket Tournament with a 22-run victory against River Rine Club at the Judges� Field here today.
Rishav Das (55), Hirokjyoti Das (43) Sourav Bhagawati (34) contributed for Bud and helped the team in reaching a commendable total of 209 for 5 in the stipulated 35 overs.
River Rine chasing the target fell 22 run short as they were made all out for 187 in the penultimate ball of the innings. Ranjit Changmai (58), Prime Amarnath (40) were their leading scorers.
