SHILLONG, Nov 18 - Ambassador of Bolivia to India, Jorge Cardenas arrived here today on a three-day visit to Meghalaya.

He will inaugurate the John Herbal Nursing Home at Thangsning tomorrow and thereafter call on Vice Chancellor of North Eastern Hill University the same day.

On November 20, Cardenas will visit Mawlynnong, the cleanest village of Asia, and then inaugurate the Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Memorial Herbal Garden at Wah Suri, Khongdong Wah Deeng Rot, 7 kms from Pynursla in East Khasi Hills district. � Correspondent

Ibobi to attend Nitish Kumar�s swearing-in

Imphal, Nov 18 - Manipur Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh will be attending the swearing-in ceremony of Nitish Kumar-led new government in Bihar on November 20.

Ibobi Singh who is leading a Congress Government in Manipur for the third term will be leaving Imphal tomorrow to attend the function as invited by Nitish Kumar, sources said. � PTI
