GUWAHATI, May 18 - Bodies of two women were recovered under mysterious circumstances from two different locations under Dispur police station today.
While the body of one Pinky Tanthi (23) was recovered from near Last Gate area, a few metres from the apartment where she used to work as a domestic help. Pinky hails from Bhalukpong and was reportedly missing since Tuesday night, her employer told investigators.
�Her body was recovered from inside an under-construction building,� police said.
In another incident, body of a 36-year-old woman who committed suicide by hanging from the ceiling of a house of a relative in Kacharibasti area (Ganeshguri) was recovered today.
