IMPHAL, Oct 15 - At least four BJP workers were wounded and the vehicles they were travelling in, were also damaged after they were attacked by a group of people last night.
The incident occurred at Lhunwang village under the Singhat Assembly constituency of Churachandpur district.
The Singhat (ST reserved) Assembly constituency is among the five constituencies where by-elections will be held on November 7. The injured BJP workers were rushed to the Churachandpur district hospital for first aid.
