GUWAHATI, June 25 - The State unit of the BJP has criticised the attack on actor and MP George Baker allegedly by TMC workers at Kalna of Burdwan district, West Bengal. State party president Ranjeet Kr Dass, terming the act as �highly regrettable� said every worker of a party has the right to be involved in party activities. He asked the TMC workers to refrain from such timid acts in the future and said such activities will never demoralise the BJP cadres.
Baker was travelling to Kalna as a part of the BJP�s Vistarak programme when his car was attacked by some TMC workers.
