GUWAHATI, April 25 - Poharar Pokhila, a book on the life of the late Bidisha Bezbaruah, will be released at a memorial meeting to be held in the District Library auditorium here on April 27 from 4 pm.
The meeting will be presided over by singer Loknath Goswami.
The book will be released by Siddhartha Bhattacharya, MLA, East Guwahati constituency. The function will also be attended by actor Pranjal Saikia as the guest of honour, and president of the Bodo Sahitya Sabha, Taren Boro.
It will be followed by a cultural function, which will be inaugurated by actress Moloya Goswami, stated a press release issued here today.
