DIBRUGARH, Sept 8 - The management of Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited (BCPL) distributed food items, mosquito coils and candles to the flood-affected victims in the Soraihabi, Lezai, Sessa and Bolai relief camps near the BCPL project and in the relief camps of Madhuban Anganwadi Kendra in the BCPL installation at Duliajan, a press release stated.
