GUWAHATI, Feb 25 � The All India Bank Officers Confederation, Assam State unit has welcomed the 10th bipartite settlement that has been reached between UFBU, representing nine officers and workmen organisations and Indian Banks Association (IBA).
According to the settlement, a wage hike of 15 percent on pay slip components which comes to Rs 4725 crore has been agreed by the IBA. Superannuation cost and cost of welfare schemes will be above this cost.
