Badminton coaching camp concludes

MANGALDAI, April 2 - A week-long badminton coaching camp which started on March 24 under the aegis of the Darrang District Badminton Association and The Mangaldai Club concluded at the Gopinath Bordoloi Indoor Stadium here today. Altogether 40 budding shuttlers from across Mangaldai participated in the camp conducted by former national player Pradip Chaliha as the chief coach while Rajesh Sindhu and Debojit Das were the assistant coaches. In the concluding function, performers were presented awards while all the other participants were presented certificates by guests including Dr Amarendra Narayan Deb, Basanta Deka, Rajendra Nath Hazarika and Suresh J Babu among others.
