GUWAHATI, Aug 17 - Sansita Gogoi, an artist hailing from Guwahati and a senior lecturer at the DIET Tinsukia, has been conferred the �Promising Artist Award� under the Art Contest Sculpture Category at the �Galerie Art Eterne Confluence-16� held in New Delhi, for her work My Bird. She will be felicitated and presented the award at a ceremony to be held at the All India Fine Arts and Crafts Society (AIFACS), New Delhi, on January 13 next year.
