Australia end day three at 50/3, lead by 382

ADELAIDE, Jan 26 (IANS): Australia were 50 for three and 382 runs ahead of India at stumps on day three of the fourth Test at the Adelaide Oval here Thursday.

Ricky Ponting was batting on one while captain Michael Clarke had made 9 by the close of the day's play.

India's Ravichandran Ashwin took two wickets while Zaheer Khan took one.

In reply to Australia's first innings score of 604, India were all out for 272.
