GUWAHATI, May 12 � Bringing reputed educational institutions to the doorsteps of the students here, The Assam Tribune Edu Fair 2014 got under way today at the TRP Indoor Stadium at the Nehru Stadium complex. The Guwahati edition of the fair will conclude tomorrow.
Over the years, the Edu Fair has got immense popularity among the students of Assam, bridging the gap between the top institutions and the students. Other than getting information about the course content and fee structure, the Edu Fair also facilitates interaction between the academic and administrative heads of the institutions and the students.
Various institutions offering engineering, management, computer, architecture and planning, mass communication, fine arts, law, medical, hospitality, fashion designing, construction management among other courses, are taking part in the fair. The Edu Fair would be held in Shillong on May 15 and 16 in Dibrugarh on May 19 and 20, said the organizers.
