GUWAHATI, Feb 20 - The Assam team for the Senior National Weightlifting Championship has been announced by the Assam Weightlifting Association.
The national meet will be held at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh from February 22 to 28.
The team members are: Monalisha Sonowal, Swapna Priya Baruah, Madhusmita Baruah, Popy Hazarika, Papul Changmai, Champak Dutta, Nitu Tamuli, Sidhant Gogoi. Coach: Anup Konwar.
