GUWAHATI, Aug 15 (PTI) - Senior Assam minister Dinesh Prasad Goala today felt dizzy halfway through his address at the Independence Day function in Silchar town.
As Goala was speaking at the District Sports Association (DSA) ground, he suddenly felt dizzy and sat down, officials said.
Securitymen present at the spot rushed to his aid, but the minister said he was okay and continued with his address.
The minister is fine, doctors later said and attributed the sudden blackout to heat and fatigue.
