KOLKATA, April 9: Youngsters Dev V Javia from Ahmedabad and Tanisha Kashyap from Guwahati were today crowned India Champions and will be competing in the Road to Wimbledon National Finals on the grass at Wimbledon in August.
Besides them, the other two finalists will also get to play on the hallowed courts of The All England Club.
Following qualifying tournaments in Indore, Hyderabad, Delhi and Mumbai, the Road to Wimbledon India Junior Masters headed to the grass courts of Kolkata to find its winners.
In the boys� final, Dev V Javia defeated Devish Gahlot 6-0, 6-7(3), 6-4, while in the girls� tournament, Tanisha Kashyap was victorious against Sharannya V Gaware 6-3, 6-7(4), 6-2. � PTI
