GUWAHATI, April 5 - Rakesh Rai of Assam, who clinched a bronze medal in the last Senior National Fencing Championship, held at Pune from March 24 to 27 has been selected for the Indian team in the Foil event to participate in the Asian Senior Fencing Championship to be held at Wuxi, China from April 13 to 18, informed Assam Fencing Association secretary, Bipul Kumar Sarma.
Rakesh is currently at the Indian team�s preparation camp being held at Patiala. The Indian team will be on their way to China on April 10, stated a press release.
