DIMAPUR, July 26 - Nagaland Chief Secretary Temjen Toy has lamented that Kiphire district is at the bottom of the list of 115 aspirational districts in the country as the progress of development works in the district is �not so encouraging�.
Chairing a State-level committee meeting on Kiphire aspirational district at the Civil Secretariat in Kohima on Tuesday, Toy urged the departments to develop good coordination for development of the district, an official release stated on Wednesday.
