ITANAGAR, July 15 � Unidentified miscreants shot Arunachal Times associate editor Tongam Rina injuring her critically.
She has been rushed to the RK Mission hospital here. Sources said she was shot at from point blank range when she was about to enter the newspaper office.
Arunachal Chief Minister Nabam Tuki along with his ministerial colleagues Bosiram Siram, Tanga Byaling and Padi Richo visited the hospital to enquire about her condition.
The CM has instructed the police to nab the culprits immediately. He has also convened a high level security meeting here tomorrow.
