DIBRUGARH, Jan 11 ULFA chairman Arabinda Rajkhowa today paid a visit to the house of Paresh Baruah in Jeraigaon under Chabua PS and sought blessings of Miliki Baruah, mother of the outfits C-in-C. He was accompanied by his wife Kaberi Kachari, ULFA political advisor Bhimakanta Buragohain (Mama) and a host of followers.

Rajkhowa recalled his earlier visits to the village, where he said, they were accorded warm reception by the elderly people, provided meals, blessed and then they had to escape from the backyard of the house. He expressed his gratitude to all the people who helped them in their movement.

The ailing mother of Paresh Baruah while blessing the visiting leaders of the outfit, hoped that the political conflict would be resolved soon.

While interacting with the media, the ULFA chairman said that they were looking forward to a respectable discussion with the Centre. On the emerging controversial issues like whether parleys should be held without Paresh Baruah , Rajkhowa said that they were trying to discuss the matter with the other leaders and would be able to communicate it to the people only after holding their general council meeting. We will discuss all the controversial issues including the Dhemaji blast, he said.
