GUWAHATI, Aug 25 - APCC president Anjan Dutta has served a show-cause notice to former minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, who has expressed his decision to join the BJP.
�Pending completion of proceedings of the disciplinary action committee, Sarma has been suspended from the party membership with immediate effect. He has been given 15 days� time to respond,� an APCC press release said.
