By Staff Reporter

GUWAHATI, Jan 13 Assam Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) today said in a statement that its workers, MLAs, Ministers or MPs are quite at liberty to apprise the party president or the Chief Minister of their grievances against any of the policies etc of the party or the Government run by it.
