GUWAHATI, June 13 � The anti-talks faction of the United Liberation Front of Asom (ULFA) has threatened to target Indian citizens from various parts of the country residing in Assam if �killings of innocent indigenous people of Assam by Indian occupational forces are not stopped.�
In a release here, the publicity in charge of the outfit, Arunodoi Dohotiya said that indigenous people are being killed in the name of �fake� encounters and if that is not stopped, the people who migrated to Assam from various parts of India would face the consequences.
