NEW DELHI, Aug 24 (IANS): A new draft of the Lokpal bill will be circulated at the all-party meeting to be held here Wednesday afternoon, sources said.
Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee, the government's chief mediator, will introduce the new draft at the meeting, the sources added.
Several points in the new draft were discussed at the talks between Law Minister Salman Khurshid and Team Anna members Prashant Bhushan, Arvind Kejriwal and Kiran Bedi Wednesday.
Congress MP Sandeep Dikshit and Pawan Khera, political secretary to Delhi Chief Minister Shiela Dikshit, were also present to assist Khurshid.
The first round of talks were held between the government team comprising Mukherjee, Khurshid and Sandeep Dikshit and the three members of Team Anna Tuesday night.
