GUWAHATI, Dec 16 - AIUDF president and Lok Sabha MP Badruddin Ajmal today filed a defamation case against APCC president Anjan Dutta, alleging that the Congress leader had made false charges against him.
The AIUDF president filed the case, demanding Rs 125 crore as damages from Dutta, at the court of Civil Judge No. 1 Kamrup (Metro) district.
The court registered the case after checking the relevant documents, said a statement from AIUDF.
