GUWAHATI, April 23 - All India Radio (AIR) Guwahati will broadcast a radio discussion about Farmer Producer Company (FPC) in Assamese on April 25 from 7.15 pm in the �Krishi Jagat� programme.
Mowsam Hazarika, Assistant Director (Horticulture), Directorate of Horticulture and Food Processing, Assam, Dr Sarat Saikia, Chief Scientist at the Horticultural Research Station of AAU, and Bakul Chandra Saikia, Senior Agricultural Development Officer, Directorate of Horticulture and Food Processing, Assam and Nodal Officer of FPC will take part in the discussion, said a statement.
The discussion is aimed at farmers of the State to provide them inputs on how to improve their bargaining strength in the market.
