GUWAHATI, June 28 - Members of the All Guwahati Students� Union (AGSU) will form a human chain on the RG Baruah Road tomorrow demanding pragmatic steps from the government authorities to ease the city�s flash flood and waterlogging problem.
In a statement, the AGSU said the apathy of the authorities to what has now worsened into a life-and-death issue for the citizens, is shocking and that the authorities must come up with immediate measures to prevent waterlogging.
