DIBRUGARH, Oct 30 - Members of the Dibrugarh University Pensioners� Association conducted a silent march at the university campus on Wednesday in support of their demands for regular payment of pension.
The retired employees and teachers of the university carried placards and urged the Dibrugarh University authority and the Assam Government to arrange for early payment of their pensions without any further delay.
It goes without saying that the concerned pensioners have been facing great financial hardship due to non-release of pension on time.
