GMC Mayor, Mrigen Sarania was the chief guest on the occasion while Rajib Sharma, former Deputy Comptroller and Auditor General of India, Pinuel Basumatary, former State Information Commissioner and Deepak Narain, Accountant General (Audit) were present as guests of honour.
