IMPHAL, April 27 � Foul weather conditions today compelled emergency landing of the helicopter carrying Nagaland Governor PB Acharya in Imphal. He is also the Governor of Tripura.
At around noon today, he was travelling from Nagaland to Tripura, when the rainy weather forced the pilot to resort to emergency landing of the helicopter in Imphal.
After landing in Imphal airport, Acharya was greeted by the officials of Manipur Raj Bhawan. He will leave Imphal for Tripura on Tuesday morning.
