UDALGURI, July 13 - The quality of building construction of Harisinga Model Hospital is not up to the required standard and it may collapse shortly. This was the allegation made by the All Bodo Students� Union (ABSU).
Talking to the media persons here at Harisinga, Rinjoy Boro, assistant general Secretary of the student organisation alleged that the newly-constructed hospital building of Harisinga Model Hospital is marked by a number of cracks due to the use of low quality construction materials. The ABSU leader demanded that the Udalguri district administration must institute a high-level inquiry into the poor construction of the hospital and take stern action against the erring people and government officials at the earliest failing which the student organisation would take recourse to legal action.
Meanwhile, talking to media persons, the locals too demanded thorough investigation into the faulty building construction of the hospital.
