GUWAHATI, April 12 - The All Assam Students� Union congratulated Hima Das for her loudable perforrmance in the on going Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast, Australia.
In a press release AASU general secretary Lurinjyoti Gogoi said, for Hima, who is sports secretaruy of the AASU Dhing unit, the whole State and AASU feel proud who finished the 400m race with her personel best timing of 51.32 seconds.
Hima�s performance proved that Assam has numerous sporting talents but need support from the government for becoming world class sportspersons.
