GUWAHATI, June 12 - Aarohan, Bhabendra Nath Saikia Children Welfare Trust, situated at Beltola here has started new admissions in Satriya and Kathak dances, tabla, violin, vocal music, modern creative dance, piano-keyboard, western and Indian guitar, drums, drawing and painting and computers, a press release stated.
The new session will start from August 1, 2018, and admission forms will be issued from June 20 during office hours, except on Thursday. Candidates having received training earlier in corresponding subjects may be considered for lateral admission.
Aarohan is organising a workshop on music, painting, violin, guitar and Bihu dance for students in the age group 8-14 years from July 3 to 15, 2018. A drama workshop is also being organised for the age group 6-16 years for a period of 20 days starting July 11.
