GUWAHATI, April 18 - Seven persons, including two women, were detained by the police after they were caught with fake appointment letters at the Railway Hospital Maligaon today.
Sources said the detained persons, all of whom are from outside the State, came to the hospital with fake appointment letters and said they wanted to undergo the mandatory medical tests before joining their jobs.
The hospital authorities found their documents to be suspicious and called the police. They are being interrogated.
