IMPHAL, Jan 3 - Four media persons and two newspaper hawkers were honoured on the the occasion of 33rd foundation day celebration of Kangleipakki Meira, a vernacular evening daily here on Saturday.
The four mediapersons are Sports journalist M Romen of The Sangai Express daily, Elangbam Babina of Sanaleibak, Ningombam Noren of ISTV cable TV channel and P Seityamala Devi, English news reader of ISTV. Newspaper hawker Chirom Biren was awarded the best hawker�s award while Sapam Guneshwar was awarded second best hawker�s award.
