38 critical booths in Baksa

MUSHALPUR, April 9 - In order to ensure safe and peaceful polling, the Baksa district administration and the police administration have identified various sensitive polling stations of 58-Tamulpur, 62-Barama and 63-Chapaguri LACs.

Out of the total 604 polling stations in Baksa, a total of 38 (six in Tamulpur, nine in Barama and 23 in Chapaguri) have been identified as critical while 21 in Tamulpur, 39 in Barama and 35 in Chapaguri have been identified as very sensitive polling stations. There are 74 sectors divided into 18 zones. A total of seven women polling stations have been set up in the district. Besides, there are 12 web casting centres and six model polling stations in the district.
