NALBARI, Nov 27 � Three skulls including one of a woman and two of children were recovered from a paddy field at Solmari village near Bihampur under Belsor Police Station in Nalbari district this morning.
Local villagers who went to harvest their paddy came across a strong stench, which led to recovery of the skulls. They informed Belsor police about the recovery. Superintendent of Police, Nalbari Abu Sufian immediately rushed to the spot to take stock of the situation.
Talking to reporters, SP Sufian said that as there was no report of such missing people in Nalbari district the family must have belonged to some place outside the district. He suspected that the woman and the children were killed somewhere else and burried in the paddy field.
