SHILLONG, July 22 � Rimitre Thma from KJP Synod Mihngi, Kyntiew Shaphrang Kharlukhi from OM Roy Memorial School and Russel CL Nongkynrih from St Anthony�s School were adjudged as the three �Airtel Rising Stars� at the Shillong talent hunt that concluded at the city�s JNS complex. The experienced and watchful eyes of the coaches judged the players on their performance, taking into consideration their physical and mental strengths, expertise in position, and technical acumen. The three footballers from Shillong will join players from 16 other centres to participate in the six-day final selection trial, scheduled to take place in Bangalore this September. Frolicson Dkhar was selected as winner under the best footballer category from Shillong, stated a press release.
