DHEMAJI, June 8 (PTI): At least 24 people, including several children and women, were taken ill after consuming soaked gram at a religious function here, police said today.
All the 24 people were admitted to Dhemaji civil hospital after they fell ill on eating the gram at a religious ceremony at Bherpara in Lakhimpur district last night.
