JORHAT, Dec 27 - Two bodies were recovered from two different locations of Jorhat on Friday.
According to a police source, the body of Samarjyoti Barkakati, a resident of Bohotia under Pulibor Police Station, was found in a drain near a dhaba at the Jorhat By-Pass.
His motorcycle was later found abandoned from an area nearby. In another development, another body was found inside a drain at Kansaikia Path near Kotoky Pukhuri here and was identified as Pranabjyoti Khound of Tarajan, the source said.
Post-mortem of the bodies were conducted at the Jorhat Medical College and Hospital. Police investigation is on, the source informed.
