JORABAT, Nov 23 - Eighteen bikers and scooterists, who were performing dangerous stunts on the NH 40 yesterday, that too without wearing helmets, were detained by Nongpoh Traffic Police, who also seized their vehicles.
Their questioning by police revealed that they were part of a 50-member team, five of whom had been arrested by Khetri police on November 15 last for performing bike stunts.
Sources said that all the riders hail from Assam.
