GUWAHATI, June 4 - Altogether 14 ring officials have come out successfully in the Assam Amateur Boxing Association (AABA) 1 star referee and judges examination recently held at Kokrajhar.
The successful ring officials are now eligible to officiate in all the State level boxing championships under the AABA, stated in a release issued by AABA secretary Hemanta Kumar Kalita who also congratulated the successful officials.
Officials who qualified: Rajiv Thapa (Duliajan); Jyotisman Das (Nagaon); Riju Moni Pator (Morigaon); Rekha Bora (Jorhat); Jaduyana Kr Bora (Jorhat); Kalyani Singha (Bongaigaon); Gita Basumatary (Chirang); Mithun Das (Nagaon); Mijink Basumatary (Kokrajhar); Kabita Narzary (Chirang), Lakhan Basumatary (Kokrajhar); Sanjoy Brahma (Udalguri); Samson Gayary (Kokrajhar); Paresh Narzary (Chirang).
