KOKRAJHAR, March 21 - A total of 13 candidates filed their nomination papers before the respective returning officers in Kokrajhar district today for the ensuing Assembly election schedule for April 11 here.
The candidates include UPP president UG Brahma from Kokrajhar West constituency. The other candidates who filed their nominations from the Kokrajhar West constituency today are � Mukunda Koch (Akiya Mancha), Dohit Chandra Brahma (AIUDF), Vodreswar Brahma (Voters Party International), Ranjoy Brahma (Independent), Sujila Basumatary (Ind) and Subadhra Narzary (Ind).
The candidates who filed their nominations from Gossaigaon constituency today are � Rabi Shankar Kasi Reddy (AIUDF), Somnath Narzary (UPP) and Wilson Hasda (Aikya Mancha). UPP vice president Protibha Brahma, Manu Borgoyary (AIUDF) and Basanta Medhi (Aikya Mancha) filed their nominations form Kokrajhar East.
